This is a review of our experience at their property, Lionsgate North. Absolute hell. DO NOT MOVE HERE OR RENT WITH ALLIANCE. Within 4 days of moving in we were at the manager's office to see what our options were for moving out. The major factor in moving out was noise. I've lived in a lot of apartments and understand there will be some amount of noise transfer between units, but this was another level. Great renting experience so far! The team is very organized, thoughtful, personable, and most importantly, available/helpful. These guys are fantastic.
