This company is ran by crooks. Just received a collection letter THREE years after my move out claiming I never paid the "surety deposit". Well newsflash, we couldn't move in without paying for the deposit FIRST. Nice try. Y'all will be hearing from the Better Business Bureau and my attorney. Thanks for ignoring my phone calls.

This company has not paid our locator out from 2019 from their previous Broadstone 5151 property. This has been the most unprofessional and stressful management company I have ever dealt with. We worked really hard to put people in your units and the fact that you could not simply pay our locator out is ridiculous. We have been trying to contact you for months now. This is not okay and we will not be sending future clients to any of your properties.
I have lived in the Knox Heights community in Dallas for 8 months now and will be leaving before my lease ends. The community is plagued by regular power outages that can last several hours. When pressed about this, the management's response was to contact Oncor and complain to them as they can't do anything. The management company should be actively working with the public utility providers to ensure consistent services. Instead, they tell us it is the resident's responsibility. This company is the absolute worst! I lived at Tribeca Plano and was charged for washer and dryer that belonged to me. They tried to make it right but it seems that they did not allocate my monies to pay my utility bill. In addition, I lived a unit that was literally falling apart. Cracks in every wall and the bathtub paint (rustoleum) peeling off. They then charged me to remodel the unit which is against landlord tenant laws. I am only to be charged for normal wear and tear!
