My doctor said, “you probably don’t need PT, but if you do… go to Alliance.” Guess what? I needed PT. I tried Bob and Brad the PT’s on YouTube. I got the steroid shot in my hip, but what I really needed was someone who could assess the cause and stop treating symptoms. Chris was aces on this. He was so thorough in examining a long history of overuse of muscles, misuse in gym equipment, misuse in warm-up exercises and recognized gait problems that developed over time. I was very impressed by the staff at Alliance. They were able to accomodate my schedule for Physical Therapy with ease. The Therapists are very skilled and knowledgeable,. I was having some back pain that was making it hard for me to do my exercises and after meeting with Dr. Maria Fermoile, she explained to me that it was my piriformis and my hip. After a few sessions, the pain was down and I was able to move properly. She explained alot about how the body moves and what I needed to do in order to maintain my level of funct... read more
