My doctor said, “you probably don’t need PT, but if you do… go to Alliance.” Guess what? I needed PT. I tried Bob and Brad the PT’s on YouTube. I got the steroid shot in my hip, but what I really needed was someone who could assess the cause and stop treating symptoms. Chris was aces on this. He was so thorough in examining a long history of overuse of muscles, misuse in gym equipment, misuse in warm-up exercises and recognized gait problems that developed over time.
