This place has changed for the better the owner's went through a lot getting rid of bad tenent and they always fix any thing that broke very desirable great place to live
this place was good for a few months now it infested with roaches if you live clean like we do it's crazy they can fix it they just don't want to
I have never dealt with such an unprofessional and genuinely incompetent building management company in my life. We have been through a miserable year at the building "managed" by Alliance, that is little more than a glorified halfway house. The property manager, Carrie Bird, is rude at every opportunity. She neglects to respond to decent tenants who respect their lease and pay their rent, and she favors tenants who violate their leases and those who put other tenants at risk. My time renting from alliance realty was VERY good . Unfortunately had to move due to personal reasons . I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the apartment in Stoughton, Apartment was beautiful, property management was VERY responsive to any sort of request and maintance was also very responsive and would fix any sort of issue same day or next day . Thank you alliance realty for a great experience. And Chad is awesome !!!
