Anise was very pleasant to work with and very professional. Took the time to listen to what we were looking for. Was also very helpful when we were visiting multiple properties that we were interested in. Anise was also very quick and efficient when communicating with us and would always answer any questions we had. Our overall experience with her was amazing !

Okay, I’ll admit it. My family is not easy to satisfy. Everyone has opinions and everyone thinks they’re right. On top of that we want to get the top price possible from the sale of our house and the lowest price possible from the purchase of our new home. I have to say that Anise was by far one of the best and most knowledgeable realtors that I have ever worked with. She was super competent and timely with all of the real estate transaction details. Anise with Alliance Realty is awesome. She was available no matter what day or time it was. She was very thorough in explaining the home buying process. She held our hands from showings until closing day. She is an excellent negotiator. She made our home buying process painless and we were able to close in less than 45 days. She even gave us a thoughtful housewarming gift. We highly recommend this real estate company. Five stars is not enough.
