Criminal. The property manager in Sherman Hill is what I assume is a sociopath. I was given a fake eviction notice as an empty threat for smoking in the alleyway and keep in mind it says nothing about no smoking anywhere in the lease agreement. The manager actually tried to tell me there's no smoking in any apartments in Iowa due to the Iowa Smoke Free Air Act which I know is not true. He also told me they were on The American Heart Associations approved list of non smoking apartments which there is no evidence of. He went u... read more
