I would give 10 out of 5 to Sam!!! I still can not believe that a loan agent would care so much about getting the absolute best loan out there for someone as if he is getting it for himself!! This company was very unprofessional, dishonest with documents regarding my property, non-communicative in the process of selling my house and overall a horrible experience. The Agent never appraised my house before wanting to list in under value. I handled my own open houses because the Agent's Assistant was either late or didn't show up. There are to many bad experiences I encountered with this company to list...let me just say, I do not recommend this company at all. Their commission was undeserved.
