Do not go there!! They are too fond of their apartments in the bad areas of town.
Alliance Real Estate Management routinely engages in illegal practices that hurt their tenants. They will "loose" your 30-days written notice, and then threaten to keep your entire deposit, or demand that you pay a fee to "break" your rental agreement because they won't accept or honor your written 30-days notice, which is an illegal practice.
