Excellent mental health facility. The environment is warm, welcoming, calm and comfortable. I’ve worked with two therapists here and a family member has worked with a third. All three have been understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful. Scheduling is easy and convenient. The office staff has been kind, patient and caring. My current therapist, Andrea, is the best! She has helped me to know and understand myself better. I have become more self-aware, self-confident and accepting. Kudos to Alliance!
Horrible experience. I dealt with issues involving infertility as well as anxiety and the therapist made awful comments that should never be said allowed. I never returned and would never recommend that therapist. Maybe other therapists in the practice are okay but overall I’d be afraid to even recommend anyone

I would highly recommend Dr. Donati. She is so professional, kind, and compassionate.
Horrible experience with one of the counselors, Diane. The counselor had only been speaking with our daughter 4 or 5 times and made a rash decision, forcing us into a 302, which we complied with. When questioning the counselor's intent, she became very combative and unprofessional. At the evaluation, the doctor confirmed our opinion that the 302 was unnecessary validating our opinion that this counselor over-reacted with little regard for our daughter's well being.
