I moved into an alliance property 4 years ago and was incredibly grateful that I had finally found a place to settle with my kids. I quickly learned how terrible this business is. They do "Annual Recertification's" every 6 months. so why not call it semi-annual? Nope. Plow guys don't come on Friday? Sorry that's not an emergency, you'll have to wait until Monday. Website isn't secure and literally no content listed which should tell all you need to know about the professionalism of this company. Will nickel and dime you every which way, especially at move out, but take years to fix a kitchen window or be unable to fix smoke detectors that go off for hours because the fire department is sick of coming over for defective equipment. I wish I could leave lower then one star or even negative stars for this company. One of their employees breaks Vermont law by demanding to be let in without 48 hours notice and lies by saying the letter of notice was sent and must have been in the mailbox or lost in the mail. She had harassed my mother over and over. The employee lies and does whatever she wants to harass for no reason.
