PURE Property is awesome! They took all of the stress out of dealing with a very difficult tenant!! Whenever something needed to be done they had access to very experienced contractors. Will definitely use them for all management services.

PURE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - CAUTION! If you are considering using Pure Property Mgmt. for your rental property, you may have a very poor experience like mine: billing and accounting errors, poor and late communication, suspicious charges, frequent rental manager turnover. Ops manager Ariel is very good, but the rental managers must be buried juggling hundreds of properties each. Wasn't an issue before Pure bought out Dedes Rentals.
