One of the best property management companies! I’ve been with them for going on 6 years! They’re very prompt with getting things done and taking care of your needs! Especially when it comes to maintenance! I just have to put out there that CJ has been a huge asset to yalls company and he shows his dedication very well by putting himself in our shoes to get things right! Super pleased with the process of renting from Alliance. Selene, CJ, and Trish have all been helpful and knowledgeable helping my family get in to the place we wanted. They have a portal where you can see all of the details of your account plus everything that's been charged and all payments you've made so it's all out there in the open. Super accommodating and friendly staff.
People don't call you back if they answer at all. They'll let you drive 3-4 hours to a home that's already been rented. Very disappointed. Luckily their not the only company.
Selene has been very helpful in assisting me with my rental process. She's been kind, generous and has always been willing to answer all of my questions! A big shout out to Selene and Alliance! Thank you!
