Need a pre approval for A TOUR that could take 5 to 10 business days to process. for a 1000/month place. absolutely ludicrous policy and time frame. i understand you would like to keep out the rabble, but for a tour of the apartment that i may very well live in for years, that is ridiculous and dare i say unprofessional
To no fault of the property managers own, I have a neighbor that I’ve been having constant issues. I just got back from a month-long vacation to find my parking spot taken and I can hear power tools at 10:30 at night. I tried to knock on their door but they didn’t answer, and I can hear them talking downstairs. The biggest issue is the smoke.
