Alliance took over my home while I was still in my lease with my old landlord. They gave me 1/2 off my deposit. They also sent over the maintanence guys who installed a smoke detector in my basement and I had just mentioned how old and useless my old stove was and 2 weeks later I had a new one! With my old landlord, I mentioned a large tree that was dead and branches were falling off, but soon after Alliance took over, the tree fell, missing my car by inches, and Alliance literally had someone out within 45 minutes to cut up... read more
This company rented a house at 1309 Spring St filled with mold. Everyone in the house got sick. Rex wanted everyone to move out immediately. Had offered to move everything when he found out the board of health was coming to look at the house. Offered to let people move to new place and let all rent be forgotten because child had 3 hospital visits from illness from mold. Look up the case with Justin Stuckey he has a bad history of renting. RENTER BEWARE! Alliance property management is renting a house located at 514 e. Masterson ave. Whatever you do DO NOT RENT FRON THESE PEOPLE! We lived there for 3 years. We left that place exactly how it was when we started renting it. They are now charging us for things that are listed on our move in report on top of that we were told we would not be charged normal wear and tear but they charged us to clean the carpets and paint the walls. I rent from Alliance an we love this place. I got locked out my house an I had someone from there unlock my door. Thank you so much.... If you want to rent from anyplace I give Alliance 100% Great people an environment.
Never in my life have I ever been treated so rudely. While looking at a bigger house I inquire about pets and instantly the man goes off about pit bulls making insinuations about "fight dogs" or "druggie dogs" or "whatever THOSE PEOPLE" train them for and rushes us out the door... News flash pets are what ya raise them to be and "THOSE PEOPLE" are the problem... Most definitely won't be continuing to look for a house from ALLIANCE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT... Unprofessional and totally ignorant...
I think it would be a bad place to live just from what i saw of it
