Great company. You can tell they work hard to be fair to both landlord and tenant. Staff is responsive and friendly.
This is my first rental experience and worked off very well at first we moved in without a walkthrough because they told us we could take pictures of everything that was wrong we did just that now that we have moved out they are charging us $800 for repairs they had to do in the house ( everything we took pictures of) and for cleaning up the yard but it was apples that fell off their tree that was in the yard and garbage that was left from when we moved in a previous year that they never picked up.
Alliance has managed our townhouse for nearly a decade now and have handled questions and concerns well during that time. The property has been maintained well and kept up efficiently.
