These people are very unprofessional. When I hired ***** to manage the rental property she explained I would not be involved, she would take care of every detail. When she was called a number of times she would be out of town, going to some class, and a host of other excuses. I drove the two hours one way a number of time to help the home owner resolve problems. Damages assessed by Mrs. ******** and **** *****, at the move out walk through included cleaning, some stains on the carpet, damaged window screens and a broken handle on the microwave door.
