After having Alliance for over 6 years, I am disappointed in the fact that we have to change companies. To tell a customer that you are going to charge them a $500 deposit to transfer service is just ridiculous!!!!! I could see it if our service had ever been disconnected due to lack of payment, but because a customer is late on their bill?! I work for a local business and I know we could not keep our customers by treating them like this!!!!
