I strongly recommend staying away from Alliance Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. If you’re looking for an HVAC company in Arizona, do yourself a favor and stay far away from Alliance Plumbing & HVAC. My experience with this company was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The office staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Once they had my payment, communication practically stopped. Guy driving this van has some serious issues. Guy asked for smokes at a Walgreens...the gentleman behind the counter graciously found the smokes way at the bottom and near the back. They ask for an ID and the guy proceeds to throw a fit ..Bro their point of sale system probably requires the ID in order to proceed with the sale.
