The level of service we've received from this company has been completely unacceptable. While I understand that staffing challenges exist, there is no excuse for the repeated no-shows and the complete lack of accountability from the office. We've been given a revolving door of excuses—none of which add up—and not a single apology for leaving my family member without care.
