The operations manager, Jamie, consistently made me feel like an inconvenience and was constantly rude whenever I asked for help. I was placed into a completely different position with minimal training and was often told last-minute to stay longer. He claimed he made a system that I later found out , already existed online. While working here, it quickly became clear that management roles aren’t awarded based on true skill or qualifications, but rather on tenure with the company. This was evident in the manager’s (Jamie) dismissive attitude when I asked for help or clarification. The job itself was straightforward, but the leadership style made the environment frustrating and miserable.
