Make you think they are actually caring and want to help fix your root issues. Then kick you out with no warning and no warranting reason for patient. Patient abandonment 1000% After months of being a patient there, knowing what insurance I have and paying with card. Refused my visit and told me cannot see me anymore. With ZERO help for finding a new doctor, zero help with anything. I end up in the ER over not having my monthly medications I’ve been on for over a year. Highly recommend. Felt comfortable discussing my pain and concerns without judgement with Dr. Peppers and Jessica. Everyone is very professional. I love the MAs and front desk staff too.
I always get seen even before my appointment times! And staff are friendly to me everyone that works there are doing an efficient and wonderful job with patiences!!!! I would recommend this the services of alliance to most anyone!!!
Beware, thisplace is a joke. Long wait times, prescriptions not called in as instructed, and the doctor often fails tolisten to patients'concerns. Employees are rude. Would not recommend this place even to our worst enemy.
