The staff at Aerocare have always been very helpful. Their billing which is not done there is the opposite. It is ridiculous. The phone is always busy and the wait time has been up to a hour. Something needs to be done about this please.

I use them for my CPAP supplies. I had an urgent need to replace my machine that finally wore out, and they were able to give me a replacement machine (also RESMED brand) the same day the old one broke, through my insurance. They are very professional, and have a complete inventory of CPAP machines and accessories. If they don't have it, they can order it. They also helped set up my re-supply needs with my insurance company, so I get fresh filters, masks, etc. delivered to my home on a monthly to quarterly basis. I'm happy w... read more

Very disorganized office. Poor follow-up. Had to call another office location to obtain replacement for defective equipment. Therapists very friendly and knowledgeable.

A smoke and mirrors company. They have been unable to deliver required medical device requested on 7/2. Numerous phone calls to various departments, including corporate VIP & compliance officer unresponsive. Excuses have been merger, computer upgrade, rentention of hard copy request made but not answered, file in Iron Mountain, etc. as of 7/11 still no cpap delivery. Unprofessional and unacceptable way to run medical supply business.!! 79 year old 12 year Sleep Apnea Patient

After seeing an orthopedist, needed crutches on 9/12/16. The doctor called in the order, but after not hearing from them, I called the doctors office who called this company many times. In frustration, they finally gave me the number to call. I called for 2 weeks leaving messages. I finally talked to someone who said the delivery person would call me to schedule a time to deliver. My initial experience with this company was good. However,once I signed on with them, I started to have problems. I have been left high and dry,so to speak. I arranged for a portable o2 machine 3 weeks ahead of time,only to be told at that date of expected delivery,they had none. I have been trying to get Aerocare to provide my CPAP supplies for months. They want you to provide all the information that the doctor has and then they wants to further rip you off by having you make appointment and come visit with their respiratory therapist before they will provide the supplies that my insurance pays for. I think they are quacks and trip off artist and this faction of the medical industry is a farce. I would find someone else to get your supplies from. If I could give them no stars I would. Very poor customer service. Left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing. I have to call almost every other week to remind about oxygen delivery.

Totally lacks any idea what of customer service means! I was a NEW customer and after 3 weeks of waiting gave up and went elsewhere.
