We inadvertently purchased another brand of outdoor lights, although given an Alliance box. The customer support from Andres and Cesar was great. Had a call and then Cesar the So Cal rep came by and we figured it out. I would continue to use Alliance

Would give less stars if I could. Had exterior lighting installed by a professional installer, the app has never worked properly. It’s fine for set it and forget it purposes, if you plan to change colors, brightness, etc, I’d recommend against this product.
