Heavy duty and durable outer body fixture, cheap Chinese quality for the inner. All show no go! Customer service is completely lacking when it comes to the warranty. They tell you to call the location where you bought it and they will determine if it will be warrantied. So much for a factory warranty. Complete scam! We inadvertently purchased another brand of outdoor lights, although given an Alliance box. The customer support from Andres and Cesar was great. Had a call and then Cesar the So Cal rep came by and we figured it out. I would continue to use Alliance
