James Yoon was very unprofessional. Not once did he introduce himself nor greet my father. He was ready for my father to leave as soon as he sat in his chair but as soon as he saw me he wanted to greet me however I was not even the patient. Thank goodness I accompanied my father today. Be careful, the staff will try to force you to pay for extra services. We will not be returning.
