RecommendedEveryone from the front desk to the nurses to the anesthesiologist to the surgeon are absolutely wonderful! There's a reason Dr. Fratelione is named Top Oral surgeon in Monmouth County. My son had 4 impacted wisdom teeth. No complications after the surgery and healed very nicely.

Went for a consultation for oral surgery, and walked out in tears due to a doctor pushing plastic surgery for a prior car accident scar on to me for the SECOND time. I saw him in the Barnegat office, and again at Middletown. Both times he brought up my scars from an old car accident, when I simply went to see him about my tooth. Why? Told me his colleague was “the best” and could make me look “pretty” I was 7 months pregnant at the time and walked out of there absolutely hysterical. Talked down to me like I was disgusting. I recently met Dr. John Frattellone for a consult. He actually recommended that I not go through with a complicated procedure. Great guy and honest!
I got 4 wisdom removed and he was wonderful if I had to get them removed I would pick him again a million times. So sweet and very informative! Giving it a 10 star! The orthodontist is also the best so smart and just lets you know how everything works . The staff is amazing. My second time getting braces, this is my first time here , again recommended it to anyone!
I have to thank dr Frattellone and his staff. My daughter was there and had to have alot of teeth removed due to spacing for her to get her braces on. Well they were so comforting and made her and me feel more at ease with the procedure. The dr also called her the next day to see how she was doing as well as his staff. And all her follow up visits as well were great!! So excellent dr excellent staff and highly recommend!!
If I could give more then 5 stars I would. My daughter needed all 4 wisdom teeth removed and her reg dentist couldn't fit her in before she leaves for college. I call alliance and they not only fit us in for a consult but also surgery within a week. The staff was very helpful, my daughter never had any surgery and was very nervous about the IV. After surgery she told me the anesthesiologist asked what music she likes she said Broadway tunes. So he put on phantom of the opera to calm her nerves. Sorry review so long. But wow ... read more
