I have worked with ACP on a number of occasions, and wish I could work with them more often, if not always. During my first stint at Delta they were extremely helpful and supportive at getting me up to speed, responsive when I needed something, and otherwise stayed out of my hair, which I greatly appreciated. They wanted to set up a time to talk on the phone, for early in the morning. So we did, and at 8:30 I sat and waited for ten minutes with no call. Then I check my email, and at 7:45 that morning they had emailed asking for an updated resume. Then at shortly after 8:30 another email saying they'd wait to contact me till I got back with that resume.
