Terrible customer services. Went in for a employment physical exam. The MA at front desk guided me to fill out nescessafy papers and told me to sit for my turn. Fell asleep over 1 hour, asking her when my turn is. She said as mentioned when I first came in (she never did) that the wait will be 3 to 4 hours for walk-in. If she had said that in the begining, I would schedule and come back! Horrible place with horrible doctors and now they changed their names and don’t answer phones . God I hate them they’re so un professional. Answer your phones or let people leave messages
I had a 1pm appt but wasn't seen until 2pm. Busy place but they should keep appt times on time rather than have people wait so long.
Awesone service
No problem for me. Sat in the waiting room for about 30 minutes. The physical was cool and the Asian doctor was fast. This is a center folks. You can't expect to come here and leave fast as hell. Service for me was good. Thanks Alliance.
