The vibe! Everyone is friendly, professional, and supportive. Arrived early, was promptly helped, the wait was short, my visit was informative. Love the care I receive there!!
I had a wonderful experience at Alliance with Dr Kelly Llewelyn. I often get anxious for doctors appointments and she made me feel so comfortable and answered every question I had.
Initially, I had high hopes for this group because I had heard so many positive things, but my recent experiences have been incredibly disappointing due to broken communication and scheduling. Their online patient portal doesn't actually allow you to book visits online, and when you try to call, you are met with an unhelpful AI assistant. If you try to bypass the AI to speak with a human representative, you end up waiting on hold for 15 minutes, only to be prompted to leave a voicemail that they never return. I couldn’t love Alliance more. I started coming to this practice when pregnant with my youngest who is now 26, my primary back then was Dr. Bell & I loved her!! Haven is sweet as can be, very personable, Stacey is the same, easy to talk to, and the same with Nicole, who did my Mammogram, she was great, we laughed about different things. All in all a great morning considering what I was there for. The fact that I can kill two birds with one stone here is wonderful……Thank You!
