Had a great experience. Very professional.
I’ve never experienced such an unprofessional and incompetent MRI technician before my experience here. The technician had the hardest time administering the gadolinium contrast and pretty much stuck me numerous times without success. I asked him to stop trying in the hands where it’s the most painful and he proceeded to try the other hand when he wasn’t successful with the first one?? Complete disregard of a patients request. I walked out with a painful blown vein given by this incompetent technician. Not a fun experience

Got two voicemails telling me two different appointment times. One at 10:30 AM and one at 12:30 PM. I called at 9 AM to get clarification and was told to be here at 12 PM to check in. I show up at 11:50 and was told I was supposed to be here at 10:30 AM. They kept asking me for the name of the person who I talked to, which I didn’t know, because I don’t assume staff is going to mess up and the front desk would grill me to rat out the employee that miscommunicated.
