From my initial visit in 2024 all the way through yesterday, from my encounters with the receptionist(s), the Medical Assistants, the lab staff and ultimately all the way to my medical provider Pineda-Johnson... I have had nothing short of absolutely AMAZING experiences. Thank you Alliance Medical Health Specialists for employing such amazing employees. I have, without hesitation, have referred to your Reno office for excellent services. I give this office a 5-☆☆☆☆☆ rating!

Worst agency ever!! If I could give a sub zero rating I would. First of all, when you make an appointment it is very hard to understand their staff (all Philipino). Then they are so worried about the co-pay that it must be paid the day before you see your therapist or psychiatrist. The therapist I saw (Andrew Nolan) was very rude and condesending, which for someone who is dealing with a patient with severe anxiety and PTSD is not a good thing to trigger when they are supposed to be helping you. IF zero stars was an option, I would choose that. Do NOT schedule an appointment here if you want help with your mental health. They don't care about you or your wellbeing. All visits are telehealth. There is a physical office in Reno, NV but the appointment is still over a video call. The link was never sent on time for any of the appointments and yet they were able to call and demand payment immediately. Made an appointment for a family member. All they want is the money. Basically harassed them for the copay. We do not have any copay for our insurance. They called repeatedly and threatened to cancel the appointment it we do not pay upfront. I called and they reduced the amount considering we have already met out out of pocket expense. But the amount is still ridiculous. They also change the appointment to a video chat. Seems like a scam place just wanting money. No wonder we are in a mental health crisis.
