Scheduling team is rude over the phone
Friendly, respectful and professional staff.
Receptionist extremely rude! She cut me off multiple times while trying to speak. As a medical professional I don’t appreciate that. I had to tell her “excuse me I’m trying to speak”. Unprofessional.
It is not deserve a half a star third floor in this building they do not respect the patient. They speak with the patient like garbage and they don’t know they not worth it one penny without the patient I don’t know why they treat patient bad way. I saw all that I had appointment for injection and I saw how the lady speak with a patient in the front of my face. they just wasted my time today. I have injection appointment. They do not give me any detail about my appointment. They do not tell me bring someone with you even not send me text message until when I am inside the building inside the office. It was too late when the patient know his appointment detail basically they don’t care when they wasting peoples time now they reschedule my appointment till next week who believe that I talking about the staff member they do not treat patient like someone came for treatment no customer... read more
