Easily the rudest medical office I’ve ever been to. My PCP of 10 years transferred to a new practice, and I was referred to this office at 777 Echo Lake Rd., Watertown. They are under the same agency, Alliance Medical. I walked up to the front desk the day of my intake appointment, and the friendly receptionist asked me for my ID and insurance card. If I could leave no stars I would. EVERY single time I have been here they are at least an hour late. Just had an appointment today at 11:45 am. Showed up at 11:30. As of 12:20, heard the dr walk in to the patient NEXT DOOR TO ME!!! Waited over an hour with an appointmet and this is NOT the first time
I've wanted to write this for a long time. I was going to let it be, but I recieved a phone call today that just blew my mind. I saw Dr. Lebowitz for nearly 10 years, and in that time, he - at best - provided an exceptionally poor level of care. For the first 5 years, I was in good health and barely needed to see him. The first (and only) physical he ever gave me, which I needed for work, consisted only of basic vitals, eye/ear check, and knee reflexes before he tried to send me on my way. The woman at the front desk lie and do not do there jobs. Daniella and Jennifer always have an attitude. Prescription was faxed Monday and had to call back and fourth to the pharmacy and the doctor 8 times until Jennifer said the inhaler was always there and once I called the pharmacy it just magically appeared. The prescription went through at ten of 4 pm only after I said I would stop in to see the doctor personally to discuss why I always have an issue with your front desk. If I could give this a 0 I would. I called for a prescription refill and was told it was ready and of course for the 4th time it was never called in. I have to go days without my prescription bc they lie to you. When I called back I spoke to Daniella who was beyond rude and told me "if I don't like it leave" and hung up. I have worked 10 years in customer service and if I ever spoke to someone the way Daniella spoke to me I would be fired. Due to Daniella I will never go back and am switching Drs. DO NOT GO HERE!
