Fast walk in appointments here & the Dr was super compassionate & empathetic!! Professional staff too!
Pharmacists are awesome, doctors usually great. Front reception staff are the worst people I’ve ever been in contact with. Rude, snotty, I have been laughed at while dealing with a medical emergency, ridiculously unhelpful and unfortunately poorly trained. So I fully retract the statement above that I made last week.

i see a lot of negative reviews here but my experience so far has been great. i started seeing Dr Ibrahim after i moved from manitoba two months ago. he has been very kind and caring, as one expects a doctor to be. he was away for a week or two and i saw Dr Shahat in lieu, and he has also been attentive and kind. both doctors listen and have good bedside manner. the reception staff have also all been just fine. possibly there have been some staff changes, i wouldn't know - but i think that the type of person to leave a bad r... read more
