We have had a great experience with our doctor, Dr. Shahat. He has been super supportive and attentive. He listens to our needs every time and has helped us a lot. We highly recommend him.

I don’t know what these people are thinking. We took time off work for an hour for a 15-minute appointment from 12:15 to 12:30. It’s now 1:30, and they haven’t even called our name yet. At 12:30, we asked them if we could step out to grab lunch if it was going to take long, but they said no and told us to wait since there were only two patients ahead of us. I don’t understand the point of booking an appointment when you still have to wait for two hours. This is very unprofessional and completely unacceptable.
