Online said the office was open for walk-ins, but when we arrived, no one was there. We called the posted number and were told someone would arrive in 15 minutes — we waited over 30. When Alex Ching finally showed up, he seemed irritated and uninterested. He barely greeted us, opened one home for a quick look, and showed no effort to answer questions or help.
