I have lived in the crossroad since august of this year and it sucks. The staff is great but upper management from North Carolina are horrible they dont care about the tenant wheather they are low income our regular rent payers they treat us like dirt. The regional manager and main office in North Carolina are slum lords.
Ive stayed in 2 different properties managed by them. Both expierences were terrible. The rent prices are good, but the staff they employ are rude or unorgainzed and the turn over rate is really high. They have complexes in low income places but that doesnt mean that it is ok for them to ignore their tentants needs. I had a flood in my apt back in May because my waterheater had not been replaced since the 80s I got mold its now December and they still have not cleaned up all the damange and mold from the flood. I am currently renting one of their properties and I am in the process of moving even though it has only been 6 months. The apartment has had serious violations that I reported as soon as I moved in that still have not been fixed. One of which was bad wiring that almost caused a fire in the unit a couple days ago and they still have not called an electrician.
