Don't know what answering a phone is and rude not helping
terrible, if you want to live in apartment complex where all they do is up the price and make you pay for more small things like 2 dollar washer then live here. the staff is as helpful as a tree stump and will argue with you that your wrong when you submit problems to them.
Hey Collective. Why did you buy the Dakota Park apartments and raise the rent from $1370 to $2595 with no advanced notice? 90% increase? There has not been any upgrades and I've been here 4 years always paid on time and starting a family!
Collective took over the apartment community I live in a couple of months ago (Huntington Village in Sioux Falls) and while I was worried at first, they have FAR exceeded my expectations. The changes they made to the pool area, the dog stations, the lights in the hallways, the security system, etc are absolutely AMAZING!!!! And they kept the food trucks coming!!!
