Collective took over the apartment community I live in a couple of months ago (Huntington Village in Sioux Falls) and while I was worried at first, they have FAR exceeded my expectations. The changes they made to the pool area, the dog stations, the lights in the hallways, the security system, etc are absolutely AMAZING!!!! And they kept the food trucks coming!!!
I rent at the Cascade apartments in South Fargo Quinn and Sydney are fantastic very responsive we had a very short window from app to moving in and they were very quick to process everything. I put a maintenance request in for the security door and they were fixing it the same day amazing! They did a great job taking over this location and snow removal was great.

This company took over Pioneer Place after Epic went out of business, and let’s just say… I miss Epic. Ever since collective took over it has been clear that they don’t care about the residents and are slowly taking away everything that was nice about Pioneer Place. They no longer have a spot to conveniently throw away dog poop bags, took away 1/2 vending machines (I’m sure the other one is next on the chopping block), and now our Amazon locker.
