I rent at the Cascade apartments in South Fargo Quinn and Sydney are fantastic very responsive we had a very short window from app to moving in and they were very quick to process everything. I put a maintenance request in for the security door and they were fixing it the same day amazing! They did a great job taking over this location and snow removal was great.

This company took over Pioneer Place after Epic went out of business, and let’s just say… I miss Epic. Ever since collective took over it has been clear that they don’t care about the residents and are slowly taking away everything that was nice about Pioneer Place. They no longer have a spot to conveniently throw away dog poop bags, took away 1/2 vending machines (I’m sure the other one is next on the chopping block), and now our Amazon locker. I never usually write reviews but when credit is due I do... I've never worked with such a great apartment manager that is as good as Cate... there was a big headache trying to get into an apartment with alot of different barriers but she never gave up until we figured a solution... I just recently lost my mom/my best friend and I wanted a great fresh start for my kids and I and my kids loved the place and cate made it happen which was 2 weeks of headaches and let me tell u my anxiety been high since my mom and I can drive s... read more
