This was the the worse experience, the front office ladies are very unprofessional they act like u n longer own your house and have no rights. The company pretty much just took there 10%a month and absolutely did nothing. Don"t ever do business with this company not to rent your house or rent for them. very dishonest people who just don"t care.
Doesn't follow basic real estate laws, you never EVER talk to the Broker, and the Real Estate agent who is supposed to be in charge is never available. The girls who run the office are not licensed or even real estate agents, but try to give legal advice or real estate advice even though they never took any classes for any of it. If you own your home they will try and poach you from another property management company, they will also tell you that you have to use their vendors for maintenance or for anything that goes wrong ... read more
Look elsewhere! Totally unreliable people in all phases of their property management organization. .Staff rude and uncooperative . Sorry I took a chance on this company. It won't happen again.
