Appalling Customer Service I employed Alliance Truss to provide trusses for my home addition. Whilst they were slightly expensive, the trusses were completed quickly and were well made. Unfortunately, my concrete contractor made a mistake making the slab wider than was specified so the trusses needed a repair. This is where things started to go wrong.
