I’ve been a loyal customer of Alliance Laundry systems, and very loyal to the brand with Unimac Speed queen washers and dryers in my dry cleaners Recently, I purchased a $4000 Speed queen, soft mount washer and the seals and reflectors ripped off and started ruining customers clothes afterr 3 months. Chuck from the parts department is the best! I have Huebsch machines and when my distributor switched brands I had to come to the former LES name for help. Chuck blows me away at how responsive and quick he is compared to my old distributor.
