The dispatch team is horrendous. They gave me a 12-5pm window on Christmas Eve and made me drive to woodinville because apparently my home in Lynnwood was inconvenient for them. The guy that came out to do my inspection picked everything apart and docked me for not bringing my 2nd key or my ski racks. If they came to my home it would have been there! I’m beyond frustrated and will never be buying an audi again, no leasing from any dealership that uses this inspection service company.
Erin that answers the phone was not very good or is just having a bad day. Please give her an office with a window :)
