Well I am paying 1295.00 a month --- and someone forgot to wake up the office and tell someone - anyone - to plow the freaking parking lots. 9 inches of snow, drifts and my car is sitting in the middle of the lot --- till spring! Someone came from Alliance - with a plow - drove around the garage doors and LEFT..... yet, the complex across the street is plowed to bare payment..... Wake up ---- this is BS from the bottom up.
Terrible customer service. Had to call 3 times on 3 different days before I could finally talk to someone about doing a showing, not to mention them failing to email back. 40 minutes before the showing the girl emails me sorry I went out of town for the weekend and I am not back on time so I have to reschedule. Definitely not leasing with them.
RecommendedProfessional and time efficient when maintenance requests are filled out for us. Very Professional over the telephone when I call them. absolutely would recommend this company to future people looking to move!
I've rented from many places over my fifty years in business. Never seen a place managed this way. They don't hire reel property managers, they just give one of the tenants free rent tobtske the phone calls and they expect the tenants to do every thing around here including sweeping the underground garage and picking up garbage on the grounds.
