My driver was Grace. She was on time and very professional. The wheelchair ramp was wide enough for my manual wheelchair. She was amazing and so patient. I was late returning, there was no stank attitude, as her name states she was graceful and kind. The saying goes "first impressions..." I am impressed and shall travel with this company again. I will add them to my list of preferred companies!!!! I recommend this company for your travels!!
I'm a paraplegic with addition medical complications and have had one bad experience after another with medical transport companies. It's been horrible. Until now! Alliance is a game changer. Reggie and Grace are dynamic together. They were so attentive towards my needs and keeping me safe. I felt so cared for and they treated me like a regular person. We laughed the whole time. Caring, professional and very understanding to there client’s needs
I have had several rides with Allianc in Health. They have all been exceptional: clean, comfortable vehicles; attentive yet unobstructive assistance; safety was prioritized; but the most outstanding feature of this service is the care and service the drivers provide. I have had enjoyable, thought-provoking, and stimulating conversations with both Reggie and Grace. It was more like going somewhere with old friends. It's definitely a top-notch provider!
