Just took a cold call from these guys. I asked to be placed on the do not call list. The guy on the phone said “are you afraid to save some money or just shy?” Found that to be rather rude and unprofessional for requesting to be placed on the DNC.
These guys are complete incompetent so-called professionals. My parents have been proactively sending the necessary paperwork that Vanessa is always asking for when she should have it already. Whenever they successfully sent out the paperwork, Vanessa never called for updates or to let them know what would be the next step. My father constantly gave them calls and they would never hear from the company.
