I paid Stephan for a wind mitigation inspection on 6-23-21. It is 07-08-21, and he ghosted me. I am out my the fee and now I have to scramble to pay someone else before my escrow goes up.
Stephan is an experienced inspector. This is very important when looking for someone to do your inspections. He knows what to do and how to do it, so that you can rest asured it will be done properly. I highly recommend him.
This is my 2nd Inspection with Alliance and they are amazing. Inspector Mr. Stephan takes the time to explain each item he is inspecting and answers any and all questions. He inspected a condo in Palm Beach for me and also completed a Wind Mitigation and 4 Point Inspection Reports. Thank you for being quick and thorough.
After calling around several inspection companies, I was greeted by Sabrina which happens to manage the home inspection office.
