Stephan made a commitment with me that he will provide me the Home Inspection, Wind mitigation and 4 points inspection in 24 hours and that was 4 days ago (5 days after the inspection so far). He never called or replied to my texts. I really needed that fast because I had only 7 days for inspection, and he let me down and my realtor completely.
Well done purchase inspection, no surprises. The inspector used a drone for the roof to prevent roof tile damage which the seller was relieved. The inspectors report was extremely detailed and the seller agreed to fix everything reported! Highly recommended! Our inspector was Stephan (The owner)

Do yourself a favor and hire a real company ! This talks a lot but don’t know anything , bought a 2k house and now has a millions of problema that he didn’t detect on his expensive inspection that was worth it not even half of what we pay ! And we hire the most expensive one him ! Thinking it will be good but we were totally wrong !
