Helpers are ok but the office was the problem. It might be only one care manager with the problem. He would lie and say he has someone for the shift. But he doesn't. He does not let you know if someone is coming or not. You just wait and wait to see if they might show up.
Not responsive to client needs or requests, routinely pull requested caregivers from our schedule, and have trouble keeping any decent aides on staff. Avoid this place for home health care if you can.
MY wife works here and on 6/15/2021 she went to a new client who did nothing but yell at her and asked her "why are you so fat" my wife called alliance they did nothing she went back to said client next day and she made more fat remarks UNACCEPTABLE this company needs to listen to its employees
