Great experience
In my many years using a caregiver to help with tasks I experienced the worst ever in home visit by a employee of Alliance. Her name is Kristine. It was a very negitive experience. Towards the end of visits, i had to verbally ask her to leave !!! Im 60 yr old man and she made me cry, i felt so small, unwanted and hated !!! BEWARE CLIENTS OF ALLIANCE IF YOU GET A VISIT FROM THIS EMPLOYEE BUCKLE UP FOR A BAD EXPERIENCE
The company doesn't get the time in and time outs right and then blame the worker for it , they also don't take accountability for problems that arises from their actions
