Poor communication. Sometimes non responsive via text for 24 hours. Owner is completely incompetent. Nurses will leave without notice or tell you at 4 they are leaving at 5. You will wind up in a bind if you use this company. Cant communicate with nurses as they dont speak English. They just smile at you when you ask questions... edit after business response.
