Nikita is the best RN ever! She is dedicated to providing me with the best care; she’s professional, compassionate, empathetic, and she has a great personality. I look forward to her visits in my home.
Jonah, Nakita, and Madison were so amazing with the care they gave my husband. They were skilled, compassionate, and very effective in their communication. They were so pleasant and made us very comfortable having them in our home. Jonah went above and beyond with his PT care. We are so thankful for all of Alliance’s team. The admin team made setting up care so easy. We would definitely use Alliance again.
My home therapist was awesome and was extremely friendly throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend this company to anybody they do great work and would always check in on days when they would not come visit.
Alliance was amazing in their care of both the patient and the family. Shelby our RN was the most professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, nurse I’ve ever come in contact with in the care of my husband. His end of life care by her was the best care he could have ever received. She was available 24 hrs a day, even if it was to just talk. I would recommend Alliance highly.
Overall not a bad company. Just not great employees. One aide stole two things from me. That was confirmed by another aide who said she had worked with her at another company and she did it there. This second aide told me her boss basically let her get away with anything and her boss said “I’ll just turn my head”. When your boss asks you did you take something from this client?
