My mom is nearing the end of her life. What you want for a loved one is peace, good care, controlled pain, good memories, and as many good days as possible. I have felt that along with Stonebridge Assisted Living the 3 R.N. Nurses that look after my moms care are exceptional. They have not only given my mom excellent care, they are on top of any changes that occur. They make her comfortable . Thank you so much for making this journey easier for our family.
Concerned hospice family feel Nurse does not involve family members and is basically unprofessional in a stressful situation.
Very low quality Hospice company! The RN Director for Twin falls was very unprofessional she had came in to do the admission for our family member dressed in a tank top with cleavage showing and her devil tattoo very visible on her chest. Every time she would come see him her tops were very revealing that made all our family feel very uncomfortable. She was always in a rush not really taking our concerns in consideration.
