great company to work for , been with them for 5 years.
This agency is a great agency to work for. Although they are a small agency, they are very helpful. They make sure that their clients receive a reassessment and their assessment come on time. Their new app is very easy to use. As long as you know how to use a phone, you can use it with ease.
Great company to work for.
Since being required to use an app to record hours, ALLIANCE is more common concerned about audits than providing care. No edits with out "proof" are allowed. Threats of termination are sent to us. I still get care from my PCA, but he doesn't always get paid for his time because of their policies. We know not all agencies are like this. I'm sure there's some violation of labor laws.
Lovely people. They take very good care of me.
