Great company to work for.
Since being required to use an app to record hours, ALLIANCE is more common concerned about audits than providing care. No edits with out "proof" are allowed. Threats of termination are sent to us. I still get care from my PCA, but he doesn't always get paid for his time because of their policies. We know not all agencies are like this. I'm sure there's some violation of labor laws.
Lovely people. They take very good care of me.
My family has been with Alliance Home Care since 2020. They are great. The care is great. The billing is great. We are pleased.
Highly recommend this agency to anyone who want the services or job. Staffs there are nice and friendly. More than than, their pay rate are wowwww!
